Questions and answers about logistics and foreign economic activity

Frequently Asked Questions

We are a full-cycle foreign economic activity company.
This means we simultaneously handle logistics, documentation, customs clearance, supplier verification, financial planning of the transaction, and end-to-end support from A to Z.
In most cases, the client does not need to engage a broker, logistician, or lawyer — we integrate as an external foreign economic activity department.

Logisticians transport.
Brokers handle clearance.
We forecast, analyze, plan, administer, and manage the entire operation.
We don't work in fragments, where everyone does something and no one is accountable. We create a roadmap, monitor all stages, and take responsibility for the result: deadlines, documentation, risks, and budget.
This eliminates chaos and avoids the situation where the client is “caught between three specialists” trying to figure out who is at fault.

The first step is an audit of your product and the destination country.
We analyze requirements, compile a list of documents, review logistics options, and assess the financial model.
After that, we create a roadmapthat replaces months of trial and error.
You know exactly: what to do, within what timeframe, and what costs to expect.

Depending on the product, country requirements, certification complexity, and necessary documents, it takes anywhere from 1 week to several months. The more thorough the preparation, the smoother the execution process.
If certification or approval from regulatory authorities is required, the process may take longer, but we always provide deadlines in the roadmap.

This depends on:
— product group,
— destination country,
— Incoterms terms,
— regulatory requirements (certification, registration, etc.).
We create a customized document list for your productso you don’t waste money on unnecessary documents or miss anything important.

Only the state can provide a guarantee, but:
More than 90% of our goods clear customs without any issuesbecause we carefully prepare documents, verify requirements, anticipate risks, and respond quickly to any current country-specific issues that arise.
We address errors before they become a problem at the border.

We conduct a risk analysis, verify all documents, plan “what if…” scenarios, and warn about potential sanctions that are often hidden in the legislation of other countries.
Our clients save thousands of euros by avoiding mistakes that 90% of inexperienced companies make.

Yes. And this is the ideal cooperation format, as we manage multiple processes at once.
In the format of FEA department outsourcing or outstaffing, we take full responsibility for:
— documentation,
— certification,
— logistics,
— customs,
— planning,
— warehousing.
— coordination of all parties and processes.
You gain an international department without hiring, training, or personnel costs.

Yes, we conduct a full audit of FEA processes, including documentation, logistics, contracts, staffing structure, and internal procedures.
After the audit, you receive:
— a list of critical errors,
— financial risks,
— opportunities for cost optimization,
— recommendations for restructuring processes.
This is what allows companies to save between 10% and 40% of the department’s budget.

We work with 20+ countries: the EU, USA, Canada, China, Turkey, UAE, and others.
We know the requirements, procedures, certification, and specific regional nuances.

The cost cannot be uniform for all types of goods and operations. Imagine that the product could be a metal spoon or CNC equipment. Studying these two products requires different amounts of resources.
In general, the price depends on:
— complexity level of the product,
— destination country,
— volume of logistics,
— need for certification,
— scope of work (one-off or turnkey).
A consultation, which includes an initial analysis and essentially establishes a basic understanding of how international movement works for your product, starts at €500.
Before the consultation, you fill out a brief, we prepare, and we schedule a meeting where we advise you and you have the opportunity to ask additional questions. The consultation lasts one hour and is conducted by an FEA specialist.
There is also an optional “Consultation+” service, which includes the participation of the company owner, Viktoriya Udovichenko. This allows you to ask questions not only about the physical movement of goods, but also about building business processes within the company. The cost of such a consultation is €750.

We have:
— over 18 years of experience in international logistics and customs clearance, four years of experience in consulting and FEA support
— a case study base across the EU, USA, China, and Asia, covering procurement and export operations
— dozens of projects of varying complexity (from cosmetics and food products to machinery) backed by verified entrepreneur testimonials.
